I have had Dr. Mai as my dentist for years now, over that time I have had procedures done for deep cleaning, cavities, repairing damage from grinding, and aligners, and through it all my experience has been pain-free with the worst of it being a slightly stiff jaw after an extra long visit.Dr. Mai and her staff have been nothing short of stellar, treating me with the best care and empathy one could ask for. They take every effort to ensure comfort during the visit, and utilize the latest technology to make the more unpleasant procedures easy and stress-free.The work performed by Dr. Mai and her staff has been amazing. The worst of the cavities she took extra steps and prevented me from needing root canals, repairing the damage to my teeth from grinding was perfect, so much that they have never looked better, and through feel and appearance I cant even tell where my cavities were because the work is flawless.Dr. Mai has always been upfront, honest, and explained what to expect regarding treatments, and offer every solution available. In short, I could not ask for a better dentist.

Dr. Amai and her Asst Flor are amazing!! They are detailed and very personable to the extent of remembering things I didn't even remember sharing with them. They are always welcoming and excited and glad to see you. The visit with them is genuine and you really feel like what you feel and think matters. They make sure you are comfortable with the work that they did on you feels right and if not they will work on it to ensure that you don't leave unhappy. Even during the process they are constantly asking if you're ok. They are overly attentive of your reactions and position. In the past when I have had work done on my mouth, I was either swollen or unable to eat properly for a day or so, this is not the case with Dr. Mai, I am always blown away of how within an hour after my visit I am able to eat and there has never been discomfort or swelling. From the time of last visit to evwry communication in between always consistant and always thoughtful about every little thing. In a time where things seem to be rushed and short in communication that is not the case with Dr. Mai and Flor. They are honest however thoughtful in their delivery on any matters. I am forever grateful to have found them and no matter where I move to I will always come back to them for my dental concerns and work. There cuatomer service is like no other and if you struggle with going to the dentist, Dr. Mai is your dentist. Thank you both for all you do, my family truly appreciate all the extra stuff you do.💯💯

I don't have insurance but she has a membership plan that saves me money in the long run. Dr Mai is careful to explain all aspects of the issue with my teeth and what the solution is. Before I hated to go to the Dentist and then a co-worker recommend Dr. Mai - Best recommendation I received. I am very comfortable going now. Dr. Mai and Flor both explain exactly what they are going to do every time. They even take the time to discuss what is going on with myself and family. Which makes me even more comfortable with going there.
